Shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped with regular shipping unless you, the customer, choose to purchase trackable shipping at checkout before completing your order. Standard shipping means that you will not receive a tracking number and that you won’t be able to track your order. If you choose to add trackable shipping at checkout, you will immediately be given a price quote for what the addition will be. You will then receive the tracking number via the email address you provided at the time of purchase, when the package is ready to be shipped. If tracking information is not included in that email, please send an email to heavymetal@turborock.se
Please note that Turborock.se is not responsible for the postal companies’ handling of packages or carelessness, such as damaged or lost packages.
Pre-orders
As a customer, you can have the benefit of buying new products before they are available in stock. In case of pre-orders, Turborock.se gets an indication of how many copies should be printed. Your order for a pre-order will be sent out to you as soon as the product is produced and in stock.
Please note that if you add other items to your order along with the pre-order of an item, all items will be shipped in the same package. If you wish to have the stocked items delivered earlier, you will need to place these as a separate order.
A preliminary release date for when the pre-order item is expected to be in stock is posted at the time when pre-orders go live. In a changing world, this date may change to an earlier or later date. If the release date is delayed, the information on the product page will be updated and sent out in a newsletter, so be sure to subscribe to the newsletters!
Payment
At Turborock.se you can pay by Swish (within Sweden), PayPal or credit card and you choose the payment method at checkout. Please note that your order will not be processed until we have received your payment, so check your email (including spam) for confirmation and payment information.
Right of exchanges, returns and withdrawal
Please note that Turborock is an independent production agency dedicated to heavy metal and run by one person and therefore has a limited capacity to offer exchanges, returns and withdrawal. Turborock guarantees that the products in our webshop are in high quality when they leave our storage. But we can’t take any responsibility of postal companies’ handling of packages or carelessness, such as damaged or lost packages. If there is something wrong with your product when you’ve received it, please send photos and your order information in an email to heavymetal@turborock.se and we will see what we can do for you. Please note that a broken case for a CD or cassette tape is out of our responsibility, but if you let us know we will send you a new empty case with your next order.
If you’ve received the wrong item, size or quantity, please contact Turborock at heavymetal@turborock.se and we will solve it. You’re always welcome to get in touch with us if you have any further questions.
Complaints
Turborock.se wants satisfied customers. Unless otherwise stated in the product information, all items are in new condition and not used before. Should you still not be satisfied with an item, or that something was damaged in transit, you can feel free to contact us. You are welcome to email us at heavymetal@turborock.se with your concerns. As mentioned in the “Shipping and Delivery” section, Turborock.se doesn’t take responsiblity for postal companies’ handling of packages or carelessness, such as damaged or lost packages.
